• Very frustrating working with this facility. You can never get a live person on the phone when calling in regarding concerns or questions and the VM cuts you off after about 10 seconds. They don’t call back either unless you leave several messages. I am managing my parents care and although the care may be good, there’s very little follow-up and no communication between dermatology and the primary care doctor. More wrong with how they run their business than right unfortunately.

• I first came here when I was first diagnosis, it was great! Great service and everything! Then my doctor had to cancel our follow up and the office forgot about me. Now I'm fighting to get them to answer my calls. I called yesterday today and girl hung up on me.
