• I had a horrible experience with this place! Extremely unprofessional. I came January 30th for a consultation for a breast reduction covered by insurance. From the jump they have said it is 100% covered by insurance and have been aware that I am only doing insurance for payment. They scheduled me for May 27th for surgery covered by insurance. Then the day of my preop they call me to tell me they have to reschedule my surgery because their contract with blue shield expired and their waiting on their renewal. I was very upset because it was so last minute. Then the surgeon himself dr Johnson Lee called me and apologized and convinced me to book again. So I did and they scheduled me for July 9th. Now a week after my preop appointment they call me to tell me that the anesthesiologist is out of network so I’d have to pay $2k alone for that before surgery. Why would you schedule an out of network anesthesiologist knowing this was fully paid by insurance and wait last minute to tell me that. Then on top of that they say I have to pay my deductible right before surgery as well which isn’t required which is $1,500. So a week before my surgery they tell me I have to pay $3,500 which was NEVER mentioned. I am very disappointed at how unprofessional this place is. They were also gaslighting me that they never said it wasn’t gonna be anything out of pocket when they did countless times because I asked several times or else I would not have booked with them knowing I can’t pay for that.
