• After years of planning for plastic surgery and finally getting to my goal weight, finding the right surgeon was a HUGE deal to me. I originally planned on going with another surgeon for years, but after finally reaching my goal weight, that surgeon basically disappeared off the internet 😅 so I had to start completely over finding someone new which was devastating for me having to start all over. Then I found Dr. Jacobson on Instagram and immediately loved his work. Plastic surgery honestly feels like an art form to me, and his results were exactly the aesthetic I had been hoping for. From the very beginning, Heather made the entire process feel easy and personal. She was incredibly kind, responsive, patient, and genuinely caring throughout everything financing, scheduling, questions, random panic moments… all of it. By the time I met her in person, I felt like I was getting to meet my online friend. 😂 Meeting Dr. Jacobson just confirmed I made the right choice. He was down to earth, professional, easy to talk to, and really listened to what I wanted instead of giving me a cookie-cutter consultation. I also loved seeing how close and supportive his entire surgical team was. As someone who comes from a veterinary surgical background, you can immediately tell when a surgeon genuinely respects and values their staff, and that environment honestly made me feel even more comfortable going into surgery. The nurses, anesthesiologist, and staff were all amazing the day of surgery and made me feel completely at ease. I had fun talking with them and watching them set up. Made me miss working with my surgeon techs. The aftercare is what impressed me most. Recovery is HARD, but I never felt alone during it. Dr. Jacobson and Heather were both incredibly responsive whenever I had questions or concerns, and I truly felt cared for throughout the entire healing process. This surgery represented years of hard work, weight loss, and rebuilding my confidence, and I’m genuinely so grateful I trusted Dr. Jacobson and his team with something so important to me. • 5 stars isn’t enough for Dr. Joshua Jacobson and his team. From the consultation to recovery, the entire experience has been amazing. Heather, the patient concierge, has been there every step of the way and she is truly fabulous. She always answered my questions, checked in on me, and made the whole process feel so much less stressful. The staff at Cedars-Sinai was also wonderful and took great care of me. Dr. Jacobson did an incredible job. My breasts look amazing, my scarring is minimal, and I honestly had way less pain than I expected. I’m beyond happy with my results and so glad I chose him for my breast reduction.
