• I just called your office to reschedule my appointment. I cancelled Friday regarding my appointment on May 13th 26 because I have Court. The woman who answered the phone was rude and hung up on me . Let me be clear that this Business is Top tier! In office was a wonderful experience 5 stars but your receptionist or whatever she is ..is hostile and rude. I also got this same woman when I called for directions when I was lost at your location. You have a fine outstanding business. Please have a talk with her. She's a bad apple for sure.

• I recently had my Mohs surgery performed by Dr. Lauren Moy, and I highly recommend her! From the consultation to the procedure, I felt like I was in and capable hands. Dr. Moy excels in her bedside manner, polite, and listened to my concerns without feeling rushed. During my consultation leading up to the surgery, I was skeptical about the procedure, but she did an incredible job at addressing my concerns. She spared no effort in answering my questions, most importantly took the time to explain everything in layman's terms. I was able to understand what the Mohs surgery would entail and what to expect. Her professionalism shined through before and after the procedure. I felt like I was treated like a person and not as a number. Thank you, Dr. L. Moy for your expertise, and patience from start to end! Highly recommended!
