• I booked a zoom consultation and paid the $400 reservation fee. Within about 40 minutes of booking, I began researching further and came across multiple online reviews and discussions raising serious concerns about complications from procedures performed by Dr. Renato Calabria, including allegations of facial paralysis. I had not seen this information prior to booking. After reading these reviews, I immediately contacted the office (within one hour of payment) to cancel and respectfully requested a refund so I could take more time to properly evaluate everything. No services were rendered, and the appointment was released right away. Despite the immediate cancellation, my refund request was denied. I understand policies exist, but given how quickly I canceled and the circumstances, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility and customer consideration. I encourage others to thoroughly research and be fully comfortable before booking.

• It took me years of watching Dr R Calabria’s videos to finally make the move. I left Montreal Canada for Beverly Hills. Nervous Absolutely!! I’m 71 years old so this was my trip of a lifetime. I stayed at the Marriott hotel perfect local. After tests I was booked for my surgery. I have to say I was in great hands!! Melissa made me confident I was in the right place. Joceline made sure my tests were done. I listened to everything the Doctor said. I was operated February 2025. I have to admit I was scared. But now I August 2025 and I’m looking FABULOUS!!! Once the swelling goes down the results are unbelievable!! A special shout out to Morgan for helping me at the lip lift the same morning and Dr Silverstein anesthesiologist. I am totally thrilled with the results has it is totally natural looking!!! Thank you for all your help Dr Calabria I can’t say enough about your work! Susan Payette
