• Had facelift about 15 years ago. Novak must have cut a nerve above my eye, and I’ve had one very noticeably droopy eye since, and getting worse with age. He actually did a revision which did not help and then moved on with his life.

• Dr. Novack is one of the most thoughtful, dedicated, and talented plastic surgeons there is. (I know of only one other surgeon of his quality but he is in NYC.) I had a difficult situation wherein my anatomy had been compromised by prior procedures, yet with the help of Dr. Novack, my result was excellent. Because I have friends in the field of plastic surgery, I am knowledgeable about the vast differences between plastic surgeons. Sadly, many of them are part of the "beauty industry" with the operative word being "industry," which is to say that these surgeons care less about the patient than the financial gain. Dr. Novack, however, is a rare gem of a surgeon whose deep thinking and true commitment to his patients manifest in excellent patient care and profound results. I had a difficult recovery due to an allergic reaction to a benign gauze and Dr. Novack saw me immediately to solve the problem, with closely spaced follow-up appointments to ensure that I was in good shape. It was an honor to be taken care of by him, and I highly recommend him to anyone considering plastic surgery.
