• I had Botox and filler with Dr. Tsay after spending a lot of time researching providers, and I've been extremely happy with both my experience and my results. Dr. Tsay took the time to understand my specific concerns rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. The results look beautiful, natural, and thoughtfully tailored to my face. I never felt pressured into additional treatments, and I appreciated how much attention he paid to achieving a balanced, subtle result. What has impressed me just as much, though, is the level of care after the appointment. I had a small injection-site bump that took an unusually long time to resolve. Dr. Tsay personally followed up with me, reviewed my concerns, made himself available for a virtual follow-up, and continued to check in until it had completely resolved. His office staff has been equally wonderful, organized, responsive, kind, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire process. It's rare to find a medical practice with this level of professionalism and genuine patient care. I left feeling not only happy with my results, but confident that if I ever had a question or concern, I would be well taken care of. That kind of trust is invaluable, and it's one of the biggest reasons I'll continue returning to this practice.

• I can’t recommend Dr. Tsai and the entire team at Ageless enough! From the moment I called, I felt like I was in great hands. • Dr Tsay and his staff are incredible. I’ve been coming here for years, Dr Tsay has always been so warm, attentive, present, honest, and just truly exceptional. He takes the time to listen and make you feel like you are heard and honestly like you see him everyday, his memory is incredible and he is so personable. His staff is also so responsive and kind and always accommodate me as best as they can. I previously used to visit different clinics and doctors but I understand the importance of someone knowing your face and being consistent with one reputable doctor. His clinic is always steps ahead of everyone else in terms of services offered. I’ve treated under eyes, and gotten my lips done here many times. He is the only one I let do my lip filler now and I come down from San Francisco to see him. I’ll be coming back for treatments in a month. Thank you Doctor Tsay!
