• It is no wonder Dr. Li advertises on Group On. I wish I would have done more research before making a financial investment that took weeks before resulting in a demand for a refund. Now that I am reading all of the poor reviews, it is all making much more sense. Before making a decision to do any type of procedure at Linda Li's office, I highly recommend calling her office to get the tone of how her office is ran, and by whom. Aggressive, irritable, and disgruntled employees with a serious entitlement issue (Jasmine and Libby to be specific) who lack proper customer service and effective communication skills. The leadership is clearly an issue at this office. The location may say Beverly Hills but there is nothing luxury about an office that does not value empathy, kindness, and care. I implore you to do more research into the hundreds of other doctors in the area with sensational reviews and exceptional staff that will be well worth the price tag … this is not the place.
