• I just got off the phone with the receptionist at Dr. Pearson’s office to ask about direct lip lifts and to see before-and-after photos of that specific procedure. She directed me to the website, where I went through 30 or more before-and-after photos of lip lifts. There were photos of subnasal (bullhorn) lip lifts and lateral lip lifts (corner-of-the-mouth lifts), but not a single direct lip lift (vermilion border lift). She didn’t seem to know the difference between the procedures. After a few minutes, she asked, “Are you talking about a vermilion border lift?” I said yes and asked if she could show me before-and-after photos of those cases. She told me I would have to come in for a $250 consultation for the doctor to show me his work. I explained that I would want to see examples of the doctor’s results before paying $250 for a consultation. Her response was abrupt: “Well, if you change your mind, you can always call back. Good luck.” That was disappointing customer service. First, a receptionist at a plastic surgery practice should understand the procedures the doctor offers, especially when speaking with prospective patients. Second, when someone is considering becoming a patient, the goal should be to educate and assist them, not dismiss them with “good luck.” It left me with the impression that earning a new patient’s trust wasn’t a priority.

• First of all, I just love him. So comforting and understanding and chill and explains everything and if you just listen to him, you’ll be fine so just trust him 100% His work is exquisite.
