• I saw both Dr Ghavami and Dr Vranis for rhinoplasty consultations and moved forward with Dr Vranis. This was my first ever surgery and something I had been contemplating for 10+ years. It was really important to me that my deviated septum was corrected and also that I still looked like myself. • After spending over $33,000 on my original surgery, I was left with a noticeable dent and contour deformity that deeply affected my confidence. • I worked with Dr. Vranis on my forehead flap nose reconstruction. I had no nostrils after a traumatic burn injury and now my nose is so CUTE. People with regular noses want mine! That’s how well it fits my face. It’s so beautifully shaped and feminine. I adore it! I also worked with him on a very complicated explant and breast lift, being that I have skin grafts in that area. I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else to do it because it was so complex. He’s a great surgeon with gifted hands, and he’s also a really great human. His kindness and compassion are evident. You can see me before in the blonde hair and now with my beautiful nose. ps He removes stitches better than anybody in the world. So gentle! Thank you, Dr. Vranis!
