• Dr. Chang and Team, As today is my official two week mark post-surgery, I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the outstanding front-end service, pre-care, after-care and moreover, the amazing surgical results. As you know, plastic surgery is a personal decision, but facial plastic surgery highlights the importance of making the right surgeon choice since the face is likely the first thing we notice with everyone we encounter in our daily lives. You have an incredible ability to explain every step along the way and what to expect and that put me at great ease. My all-female surgical team was amazing from the surgical nurse, Jen to my anesthesiologist, Dr. Frankel, all who made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire surgery process. And then there was Carollee and my four loving and compassionate private nursing care ladies, Susan, Meagun, Judy, Racquel who from the recovery room to the day I went home from the hotel, made me feel incredibly safe and cared for. Even post-surgery from a lateral brow lift, upper-eyelid lift, face and neck lift, fat transfer and CO2 laser, I was very comfortable and did not worry for one single moment about anything as they were right there with me the entire time and they took care of my every need. We even had some fun along the way walking the halls and the gardens. Dr. Chang, thank you. As I approach my 59th birthday in a couple weeks, I feel like me again. The results are very natural and I look like a younger version of myself, but still “myself”. That was exactly what I wanted. Before the surgery, there was a disconnect between the active, healthy person I am versus what I was seeing when I looked in the mirror the last few years. And as much as I have tried to maintain my skin over all these years on the planet, time has a way of catching up with you and you reach a point where there is no cream or laser that will essentially help you revert things back physically to the way you feel mentally. You did that for me. So, I want to thank you again. Your surgical work is unsurpassed and anyone out there who is looking for an expert plastic surgeon, you need look no further. I assure you, based on my experience, you are in the very “best of hands” in every sense of the word.
